If you don't know how much I love wedding gowns...let me tell you - I LOVE LOVE LOVE them with all my little heart.  So when Columbus couture boutique  Big Rock Little Rooster asked if I would like to photograph the latest gowns from the Romona Keveza line...I was beyond elated!  The images below are some of my favorites from our delightful photo shoot, brought to life by the time, creativity and love from the most talented local wedding artists, including; Bliss Wedding and Event Design, BeautiMarked by Kelli, Cut Color Style, The Granville Millinery Company and Flowers on Orchard Lane.  And a big, big thank you to the lovely models who devoted their time and talent to make my vision a reality. Enjoy!!

This week I had the absolute pleasure of being photographed by my good friend, Angela - who also happens to be a past bride, associate wedding photographer and owner of Angelynn Photo. She's a busy, busy little bee.  I have to admit, it's no easy feat to surrender all artistic and technical control and choose to get in front of the camera!  But Angela made me feel (and look!) totally and completely like myself, which is one of the very best things you can ask for in a photographer.  Of course, my portrait session was also made pretty by makeup artist Kelli Wilt-Ramey, owner of Beautimarked by Kelli.  Thank you ladies for making me look and feel so good!!  Sending all my love...

As many of you know, Amanda Julca has been photographing weddings with me since I started my business.  Through all these years, Amanda has been a peaceful, creative, loving and loyal inspiration in my business, my artwork and my personal life.

After years of working as my Associate Photographer...Amanda asked me to assist her at her Aunt's wedding in Baltimore, Maryland this Fall.  When I told her I would love to work alongside her for the day...I never could have known that this would be our last official wedding together.  Several months before Bev and Ferd's wedding day, Amanda and her husband made the incredibly exciting decision to move their businesses to Miami, Florida.  Documenting Bev and Ferd's wedding was the perfect way to celebrate our friendship, our creative partnership in photographing weddings and my love for her family, who has always supported the work we have done together.

Simply put...this day was full of so much love

Bev and Ferd waited so long to find one another along their separate life paths...and after all those years of patiently waiting for each other, their wedding was the most joyful declaration of their promise to each other, and to Bev's lovely daughters.  I'm so very grateful that I was a part of their wedding...for reasons that words simply cannot define.
