Now that I have had the pleasure of documenting many unique and
personalized events, I believe the very best wedding inspiration is drawn
from the beauty of every day life. In my ongoing series of Style Boards
(which will be posted on the 2nd Monday of each month) I will reveal the simplest details which can easily become the foundation for an entire
wedding theme.
When I was growing up, there was always a pitcher of fresh brewed sweet tea in the fridge. We had iced tea with every meal and after every sweltering game of kickball in the front yard. Everyone who came to visit on those lazy summer days would automatically be handed a chilled glass of sweet tea as they sat down on the front porch to chat. For me, there will always be a certain comfort in tea, and it seemed fitting that my first Style Board would be based on the refreshing nature of sweet tea and the happy summertime feelings it inspires.
